Copyright & Ownership

All images are the sole property of Gianna Christina Photo, LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright law. No ownership rights are transferred.

License Grant

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for marketing their specific property, including websites, listing platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO), social media, and direct booking platforms.

No Sublicensing / Third-Party Use

Client may not sell, license, transfer, or grant any rights to third parties.

This includes—but is not limited to—publishers, media outlets, blogs, affiliate platforms, or commercial partners.

Any third-party use requires prior written permission and a separate commercial license from Gianna Christina Photo.

Platform Use (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

Uploading images to third-party platforms does not grant those platforms or any affiliated partners the right to reuse, distribute, or sublicense the images outside of the client’s listing.

Any use beyond the listing itself requires a separate license.

Commercial / Editorial Use

Any commercial, editorial, or affiliate use (including features, articles, advertisements, or monetized content) requires written approval and is subject to a licensing fee of $1,000 per image, per use, per year (or current standard rate).

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of images is considered copyright infringement and will be billed at 150%–200% of the standard licensing rate, in addition to any applicable legal remedies.

No Alteration

Images may not be altered, edited, or manipulated without prior written consent.

Credit

Credit to Gianna Christina Photo is required where applicable (social media, publications, etc.). Credit does not constitute permission or licensing.

Enforcement

Gianna Christina Photo reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies for unauthorized use, including damages, licensing fees, attorney’s fees, and costs.
